Shipping & Delivery

Each of our handmade holiday wreaths must pass a rigorous inspection before shipping or pickup. For shipping, we wire our wreaths into custom boxes to ensure a safe trip from our door to yours.

Orders are delivered via UPS Standard Ground Shipping or 2nd Day Air. Orders received by 12:00 p.m. MST will be processed by the following business day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. will be processed two business days after the order is received. Orders received over the weekend before 12:00 p.m. Sunday will be processed the following business day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. Sunday will be processed the following Tuesday.

No wreaths will be shipped on Thursday, November 24, 2016 or Friday, November 25, 2016.

All other purchases:

For all non-wreath purchases, no physical item will be shipped. Your email receipt qualifies as proof of purchase for any gift card, class, workshop, or concert ticket.

Privacy & Security

Any information we collect in the process of completing your order is kept confidential and secure and will not be redistributed or sold to any third party companies. We utilize only the most up-to-date methods for securing our website to ensure your personal information, including credit card information, is protected at all times.

Returns & Replacements

We promise to deliver only the freshest greenery to your door. We make each wreath to order, so you know you are getting the freshest product possible. Every wreath is made to our exacting standards of quality and consistency, however the finished wreaths may vary from one to the next due to slight variations in the natural decorations. Our best effort is made to match the image shown. However, we do occasionally run out of certain ribbon types and decorations. In such an event, we will make a reasonable substitution to the best of our judgment. If no reasonable substitution is available, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternatives. If a wreath arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss credit or replacement. Requests for replacement must be made within 10 days of the original shipping date.

Gift Cards:

Nonreturnable; not for resale. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, Fort Collins Nursery plastic Gift Cards and eGift Cards ("Fort Collins Nursery Gift Cards") are not returnable or refundable for cash except in states where required by law. Resale of Fort Collins Nursery Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.


The balance on any Gift Card is solely the liability of Fort Collins Retail Nursery, Inc. Not for promotional use except with the express written permission of Fort Collins Nursery. Walmart Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities (including without limitation via websites, Internet advertisements, email, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper and magazine advertisements, and radio and television broadcasts) except with the express written permission of Fort Collins Nursery.

Compliance with laws.

By purchasing Fort Collins Nursery Gift Cards, you are certifying and representing to Fort Collins Nursery that the activities in connection with which the Fort Collins Nursery Gift Cards will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the Fort Collins Nursery Gift Cards will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers or Fort Collins Nursery.

Lost or Stolen Gift Card.

Fort Collins Retail Nursery, Inc. shall have no liability to you for (i) lost or stolen Fort Collins Nursery Gift Cards or (ii) use of any Fort Collins Nursery Gift Cards by third parties through your account. You are solely responsible for keeping the password for your account safe and for any activity conducted under your account.

Classes, Workshops, and Concerts:

Tickets purchased for any event are refundable only if 48 hours advance notice is given. To provide notice of cancelation, you must call our store at (970)482-1984 or 1-866-384-7516 during our regular business hours and speak with a representative. Any cancellation made with less than 48 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund.
